Jenny's Vaqueros Team Are Champions too!!

Jennifer joined a new team this spring - The Poway Vaqueros! The girls were the champions of the Poway Country Shootout! Good Job Jen!!

Encinitas Rotary Cup Champions!!

Christopher's soccer team won The Encinitas Rotary Cup soccer tournament in August!! GO TEAM!!!

It's August and Jenny celebrates her 10th Birthday at the river!!

It is hard to believe this little girl is already 10 years old. where did my little girl go? I can hardly stand it. I guess it is only because I have to admit that I am getting a bit older too. Having her birthday in the summer, Jenny loves to celebrate at the river. It has become her birthday tradition to have a party with a pinata and cake with all her "river friends"

July - Summer is Here...... Off to the River!!

July brings lots of time at the river. This year Jennifer and Christopher decided they wanted to learn to wake board. It was not as easy as they thought, but with a little help from big brother Mark, they were both up and going! Chris also likes to spend lots of time out on the docks fishing he is becoming quite the little expert fisherman.

The Prom

In June Kathryn went to The Prom. Kathryn is a Junior at Poway High School. She and a very large group of friends all met at Lake Poway for some pre-prom picture taking, before heading off to dinner and the prom.

Denim & Diamonds - A Celebration of 35 Years

In June I was the Co-Chair or The RB Chorale 35 Anniversary celebration "Denim & Diamonds". It was a dinner dance and silent auction. After way too many hours of work to count, we pulled off an awesome party and we completely filled the place, and all of the tickets were sold out! Everyone really seemed to enjoy themselves. It was a great opportunity to thanks all of those, especially our awesome Founder/Director Pat Bean, who have helped make the RB Chorale what it is today!!

Oh Say Can WE Sing - The RB Chorale 35th Anniversary Concert

In May The RB Chorale celebrated it's 35 Anniversary concert. I have been in the Chorale for 11 years and absolutely love this group. We are a community chorus that raises scholarship monies for local high school seniors who plan to pursue a musical education. We have seen some amazing talents in the tears I have been here. We have 130 +/- members depending on the semester. Here are some pictures from the show.....
